New moe mascot character Shimon appearance in Ibaraki Prefecture Simotsuma city

This character existed originally as mascot character "Shimon" of Shimotsuma City. [This is ] the old type of Shimon profile page. The tendency to "Character for children" is strong rather than "moe".
